Computer shops in Singapore?
I have known Singapore as a techy country and learned that majority of people has computers etc and that there's a wifi in some places. Now, I am planning of going there but can't decide of whether to bring my laptop or just rent a computer. Anyway, I'm not sure if there's a computer rental shops in Singapore?

Hi if you have a laptop you should bring it and when you in the hotel you can use the unlimited broadband service, some charges may or may not be there for the use of internet but you need to check with the hotel where you are going to stay. Laptop/Computer for rent? there are hell a lot of internet cafe all over Singapore so why there should be a need for rental?

Just bring your laptop along, it is convenient to use here.

There are lots of internet cafes everywhere. The charges are usually SGD2/hr. You can bring along your own laptop. I heard most hotels have free broadband. I don't think renting a laptop is such a good idea though.

As far as i know you can't rent a laptop. The best way would be to bring your laptop if you need to use it considerable time. If it's only for checking a couple of e-mails then you can go to a internet cafe or business center @ the hotel you are staying.

No computer rental shop here...but there are a few Internet Cafe, where most teenages play Online Games there. Bring a laptop is good.

Just bring it...there are no laptop renting service here. about the free wifi, you can actually get free wifi at any fast food outlet such as McDonald, but for online time longer than your battery life, go Starbuck. McD wont provide power source.
