Branded clothes (fake ones) - buy in Bangkok. For real ones, you really don't save much because all they do is convert the prices--you still pay the same. Electronics - probably better off in Singapore.

Singapore is a shopping and food paradise and our government is very strict in dealing with imitation merchandise or goods. If you wanted genuine goods and huge range of brands than it is better to buy in Singapore. Most people claimed that shopping and eating in Hong Kong is the best but if you come to Singapore you will experience a similar sensation if not better. Branded clothes. I think it's cheaper in Bangkok because the goods are fake there. You have to look carefully at some of the goods here in Singapore because some may be fake as well. Real branded goods can be found in Orchard road but they are quite expensive too. (You can get there by MRT, to Orchard MRT station) ------------------------------------------------------- Electronics. Electronics can be found in Sim Lim Square. (Near OG and Bugis street) There are hundreds of stores in there and it's common to find yourself walking in circles. You have to be patient there and look for the correct store. Branded clothes best to get in HK. Comparing Singapore & Bangkok, Singapore is cheaper. Electronics - Definitely Singapore. Be very careful though. Better to buy from Mega Electronic Stall like Harvey Norman and Courts as there's weekends sales almost every week! Clearance cos their year end is end of June!
