pls pls i am looking to buy dell xps 1710 version... and i wish if anyone can help me to buy this laptop really cheap in singapore... i will be going to singpore in end novmber... will there be any conventions or exhibitions... that i could visit to get this laptop... cheers for nyone who can help me

Do you mean second hand? If not, Dell isn't a brand that you can not buy outside of their own stores. That's part fo their formula. This is the Singapore website: http://www1.ap.dell.com/content/default.aspx?c=sg&l=en&s=gen&~ck=cr You're probably going to have to order it and have it send to your hotel. Do note that you will need to check how it works out with service and support. It could well be that your local Dell officed will not accept your laptop for that. Also, keep in mind that import taxes will get added to the cost when you import it again in your own country.

If you have a contact in singapore where you will be living, you can order from the dell singapore site i.e. http://www.dell.com.sg, dell has the best deals online, if you would like to get yourself a cheap laptop from singapore. I myself selected the Vostro 1400 a week back. It was a great deal
