Where will I get cheaper laptops (Singapore or Malaysia)?
My cousin is travelling to both Singapore and Malaysia next week. I am looking for a high end laptop and have narrowed in on a fully upgraded Dell Studio 15 or HP HDX 16, whichever I find cheaper. I prefer the HP because of the 1080p display and superior graphic card. So where should I ask him to look for the laptop ? Malaysia (Kuala Lampur) or Singapore ? Also is there a place I can get cheap iphone? Dell costs around 1550 US$ in India without taxes and HP costs around 1700 US$ in singapore..These are the official prices on the respective websites.

If Dell, the price for both countries is more or less the same, where you can check the price online in their official website. If HP, you should be able to get better deal in Singapore, particularly in Sim Lim Square. It will greatly depends on your bargaining skills for the best price.

I been in Singapore and Malaysia.. I recommend you buy in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia in IT Mall called "Low Yat Plaza" all the gadgets you looking are all there..can even negotiate the price
